- School:
- Tabernacle School - Concord
- Years teaching:
- 33 years
- Birthday:
- April 24
- What I love about teaching:
- I love teaching the students and helping them grow. I love to point them toward God and see how He can help them mature.
- Best teacher moment:
- I love it when a student will take suggestion and keep working on an art project to improve it.
- Teaching philosophy:
- I believe that Jesus is to be the central figure of our school and our lives. I always point the students toward Christ.
- What I would like to instill in my students:
- I would like to instill in my students the glory and beauty of God and his creation. It’s so enjoyable to look at creation and reproduce it in our own way.
- My story:
- I am one of 16 children. I was the 13th. I do not particularly like doing things by myself for that reason. I I was raised in church. My mother was a spiritual influence in my life and helped us all to understand that God needed to be first in our lives.
- Hobbies:
- I love to go to the movies, and my favorite is sci-fi. I also love to sing, and I am on a praise team at church. I also love to make jewelry and do art projects.
